John Ballerini

John has worked in senior executive roles in the media sector for more than 20 years. John is widely recognised for his leadership of sales teams in the television sector and through roles at Prime7 and Southern Cross Ten has demonstrated an ability to build business and inspire others. More recently, John accepted the challenge of establishing group-buying giant Groupon in the ACT and Wollongong markets. Both have since been heralded as two of the most successful market launches in Australia. John led the Groupon team across both regions, lending his well-developed business acumen to the task of further growing share within a competitive category.

John also spent seven years leading his own marketing agency, giving him a strong appreciation for business operations in the SME space.

Outside of media, John continues to donate his time to worthwhile causes. John has spent many years on a volunteer basis with Lifeline, working as a telephone counselor and team leader. In addition, he co-founded the LifeCycle Charity Bike ride from Sydney to Canberra and participated as a rider for three years.

Keith has worked in senior executive roles in the Property and Retail Industries for more than 25 years. Keith inspires a sense of purpose and direction by focusing strategically and providing advice that reflects analysis and risk management strategies. He can harness information and opportunities by inspiring a sense of purpose and direction within the teams he manages.

Most recently Keith’s experience and organisational capabilities were used at Cooleman Court Weston Creek were he harnessed the energy and Community spirit in uncertain economic times to deliver a strong and high performing asset to its property owner. Keith achieved this by empowering his team by encouraging, motivating and mentoring everyone involved.
